At Glam Chixx On 5th, we want you to obsess over every piece you receive. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all tags attached and original packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Earrings and all pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)
- Hair accessories that have been worn or removed from packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
